All freshman students enterting the college without prior college experience are required to take the assement test for placement into English/ESL, Math, and Reading classes. 

The Fullerton College EOPS Program offers single parents who are current CalWorks recipients' assistance to attend college, to obtain a degree and/or marketable job skills. Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) provides financial assistance and academic/career/personal support to eligible Fullerton College students.
 
These services include: Foster Youth Services, Outreach, Recruitment and College Orientation, Enhanced Tutoring, A State-of-the-Art Computer Lab with internet access, Couseling and Advisement, Priority Registration, Instructional Support, Book Services, Educational Supplies and Materials, University Applications Fee Waivers.
