Blended:
The iSierra Online Academy
allows students to take advantage of programs and courses offered
throughout the Fullerton Joint Union High School District to create a
unique, blended program. The program’s unique flexible scheduling allows
FJUHSD students to take some classes on their own campus, and some
classes through the iSierra Online Academy. This is designed to meet the
needs of students who: require more flexibility in their daytime
schedule; need expanded course options to address scheduling conflict
due to involvement in sports, advanced courses, or academy involvement;
wish to accelerate their learning to enter college sooner or pursue
professional sports or careers; or prefer a home school environment for a
portion of their day.
Credit Recovery:
This is designed for students who need to recover four or more units in any course. This pathway can be used to remediate grades or recover lost credit in order to assist admission to UC/CSU institutions.
Unit Make-Up:
This is designed for students who need to earn partial course credit in order to meet graduation requirements.
Please note:
- These
are accelerated programs which require weekly meetings with the
instructor. All instruction is online, and students will need access to
a computer with internet capability.
